December 2007

2007 has been an exciting year for Fresca Foods as we launched our corporate giving program with the Boulder County, CO based Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA). EFAA helps those in our community whose immediate needs for food, shelter and other basic necessities cannot adequately be met by other means, and supports their efforts toward financial stability or self-sufficiency. Fresca Foods is donating human resources, production space and production time to assist those in need in Boulder County. This year the Fresca Foods team prepared 1,036 holiday packages and provided 26 employee hours/month at the local shelter.

November 2007

Fresca Foods exhibited at the PLMA show November 11th to 13th 2007 in Chicago. Fresca Foods used the occasion to launch a new line of all natural Italian entrées for private label and provided samples to attendees at their booth. March 2007

Pasta Fresca changes its name to Fresca Foods to reflect the company's growth, broader product line and emphasis on natural foods.

March 2007

Fresca Foods exhibited at the 2007 International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas for the fourth consecutive year. Featured products included various styles of pizza dough such as Neapolitan and wheat. For more information about our products please call us at 888-465-4994.

Fresca Foods awarded the Adams County Business of the Year award for 2006.

January 2007

2006 was another good year at Fresca Foods as sales doubled for the 4th consecutive year.

November 2006

Fresca Foods expands its manufacturing, logistics and administrative space and now occupies approximately 55,000 square feet of facilities.
